Daily Devotional Entry#135:

Only Pray- “He shall pray to God, and He will delight in him, He shall see His face with joy, For He restores to man His righteousness.”- Job 33: 26 (NKJV)


Q & A?:


With whom do you feel the deepest sense of authentic connection, where you can be completely yourself? Consider those in your life who offer you unwavering love.


My answer:


It's within those sacred bonds with the dear souls who grace my life with a love that asks for nothing in return, a love that holds me steady, imperfections and all. In their presence, the essence of who I am is met with understanding, a stark contrast to times when others, perhaps grappling with their own unhealed internal landscapes, might misinterpret my spirit and project a 'snake-like' energy onto me. There's a profound peace in the acceptance I find with these loving individuals, a quiet knowing that I am cherished, simply because I exist – because I believe I was created with intention, offering my own unique purity to the world, exactly as I am meant to be.



These precious people are more than just connections; they are anchors in the sometimes-complex currents of my journey. Their unwavering love, so freely offered and consistently present, whispers of a love far greater than our own – a love that embraces all of us, just as we are. Knowing this, I hold compassion for those whose inner turmoil might lead them to see shadows where there is light, understanding that their perception is often a reflection of their own healing journey. My deepest wish remains for goodness and well-being for everyone, for I desire nothing ill for others, as I would not want it for myself.



It's in the warmth of their understanding, in the gentle gaze of their acceptance, that I often feel closest to that pure, unconditional love. It's like catching a glimpse of something truly divine in the human connection. And in those tender spaces, held by such grace, I find myself resting in my most authentic truth. It's there, in that loving embrace, that I discover, perhaps, that being simply myself, with a heart that intends only good, is the most precious gift of all. And in time, as inner healing unfolds for all, the purity of my intentions will surely be evident, dispelling any misperceptions.



Heavenly Father, in this moment of reflection, we lift up the precious bonds of love in our lives. Thank you for the gift of those who see us as we truly are, accepting our imperfections and reflecting back to us a love that feels like a glimpse of your own. We pray for hearts that are open to understanding, for grace to extend to those who may misjudge, and for the light of truth to shine brightly. May we always cherish the safe havens of authentic connection, and may our own hearts be filled with the same unwavering love we have been so blessed to receive. Amen.
